An extra ordinary meeting of Employees joint consultative committee Jammu and Kashmir, which is the representative of more than four and a half lac employees was held here at Lala Rukh Hotel in which the issues and demands of state employees where discussed in detail.

A statement issued by the EJCC spokesman said that the issues which were discussed include SRO 520, Delinking of SSA salary, issues related 7th pay commission, issues regarding the Employees who were suspended during summer agitation of 2016. Employees Joint consultative committee is an umbrella of various employee will fight for the genuine and legitimate demands of the state Govt employees which they are facing since a long time and Govt has always made promises for the settlement of these genuine and legitimate demands but nothing has been done for their settlements so for, this step motherly and biased approach of state Govt has created chose and confusions among the state Govt employees. The state Govt employees are living under tremendous pressure and depression.

Jammu and Kashmir Employees Joint consultative committee is in favour of work culture, respect, peace and harmony, we don’t want any confrontation with the Govt but it is the negative and biased approach and wrong policies of the Govt which are pushing the innocent employees into a state of confrontation with the state Govt.
